I owe an apology to the creators of Civilization: Call to
Power (a game where you build cities to form an empire).
One of the "random events" in their game is coastal
flooding, which once completely destroyed a coastal city I
had built. I said that, while floods could cause a lot of
damage, there was no way water could destroy an
entire city completely. I was wrong -- some days, I really
hate being wrong.
